
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The following express warranties are in addition to any other rights and remedies that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Infa-Secure Baby Products & Hush Bubba Warranty
Infa-Secure products are thoroughly inspected by our Quality Assurance department for product quality, defects and faults.
Our products are covered against faulty materials and manufacturing when used under normal conditions.
In the unlikely case that you do have a fault, in relation to material quality or manufacturing, that restricts your ability to use your product normally, we will repair or replace the product within the 12 month warranty period.
Please read your instruction manual carefully before using any of our products. The above express warranty does not apply where a failure or defect results from improper care, misuse or from normal wear and tear.
Infa-Secure Car Restraint Warranty
Our Car Restraints are covered against faulty materials and manufacturing when used under normal conditions and according to the instructions.
In the unlikely case that you do have a fault in relation to material quality or manufacturing that restricts your ability to use your Infa-Secure Car Restraint normally, we will repair or replace the product within the following warranty periods from date of purchase:
12 month warranty for material and fabrics;
2 year warranty for straps and webbing
5 year warranty for hardware and fittings
Lifetime warranty* for seat moulding
Please read your instruction manual carefully before using any of our products. The above express warranties do not apply where a failure or defect results from improper care, misuse or from normal wear and tear.
*Lifetime warranty refers to the life span of the seat which is 10 years from the Date of Manufacture, not the date of purchase.
Making a warranty claim
All warranty repairs and replacements are organised through the place of purchase, but pre-approval can be gained from our Customer Service Consultants.

Infa-Secure Baby Products & Hush Bubba - Warranty Repair and Replacement Procedure;
1. Contact our Customer Service Consultants;
2. Provide your contact details, i.e. full name, address and preferred contact number.
3. Provide information regarding the product;
a. Model Name and Code.
b. Clear image of proof of purchase - showing place of purchase, date and product.
c. Description of Fault/Defect.
d. Clear Image of area of fault/defect and also of entire product.
4. If warranty can be determined from the images a Return Authority Number will be provided and you will be asked to return the product to the place of purchase for replacement or to be sent off for repair. In some cases a replacement part may be able to be sent directly to you to resolve the claim.
5. If warranty cannot be determined from the images or we require a physical inspection of the product, you will be asked to return the item to the place of purchase, after inspection an Infa-Secure Customer Service Consultant will contact you and advise whether the product is covered by warranty.
If products are deemed un-repairable and a replacement product is to be provided , Infa-Secure will endeavour to supply an identical product for replacement, if an identical product is not available a model of similar quality, design, features, accessories and price will be provided.
Infa-Secure Car Restraints - Warranty Repair and Replacement Procedure;

c. Date of Manufacture (D.O.M - this is normally located on a white sticker attached to the plastic shell of the seat).
d. SAI Global/Batch Number.
e. Description of Fault/Defect.
f. Clear Image of area of fault/defect and also of entire product.
4. If warranty can be determined from the images a Return Authority Number will be provided and you be asked to return the product to the place of purchase for replacement or to be sent off for repair. In some cases a replacement part may be able to be sent directly to you to resolve the claim.

Expenses for making a warranty claim:
In cases, where your product has been freighted or sent to either a specified repairer or Infa-Secure's repairs department at our head office, for further inspection;
If the product is covered by warranty, you will not incur any freight, parts or repair costs.
If the product is deemed non-warranty you may be liable for freight to and from Infa-Secure or the specified repairer, parts and/or repair costs.
